I remember those days when I was little at the end of the
school year. Fortunately this year I was able to volunteer
my time and help out with Brendan's class. I did help once
when Hanna was in 4th grade too. The classrooms went to
different stations. A few of the relays involved water and it
was a perfect day to cool off. Another favorite was the tug of
war and yes it even involved kids against adults... Believe it
the kids won :) Ms. Long had each of the students decorate
white t-shirts and signed be the students in the class. Below
are some pictures and of course the first one is Brendan's first
grade class 2008-2009 Ms.Long!!!!
Paige, Brendan and Kendall
Brendan is on a mission....
2nd grader and Hanna will be a freshman. She will
be at the high school in the fall. I've said this a number
of times but I am so happy I was able to help out as
much as I could this year at Keene Riverview and share
in the memories with Brendan. I loved every minute.
If anyone ever has the opportunity and the time to help
at their child's school it is very rewarding and yes the
school systems need help from the families. Brendan
you did an awesome job this year and I know you liked
Ms.Long alot too. You always came home and told me
she is really funny mom. Hanna congrats to you too
you are an official 9th grader :)))
Summer is here and looking forward to it. I hope
everyone else has a fun and safe summer!!!!
