Summer Time Moments!!!

During the weekend of my 20th Class Reunion
Brendan and I made a few stops on way to Kitsap
County and on the way back to Prosser.....

First Stop the Fruit Stand in Ellensburg, WA.
We stopped for a Latte and Brendan wanted

Prosser Piranhas vs Sunnyside Sharks!!!

We are halfway through swim season and last week the Prosser Piranhas had a swim meet against the Sunnyside Sharks at our Pool... Brendan is loving this sport and learning so much. Each week we have two meets. He competed in his first relay the same night; he swam in the Free Style Relay and was the 4th swimmer. The swim team asks all of the parents to volunteer doing different things and I like timing; a great view to watch when Brendan swims and a great way to cool off standing at the end of the lane. Keep it up Brendan; you are doing a great job!!!

Emry's Soccer Tournament!

We had visitor's in Eastern Washington the last weekend in June. Aunt Betsy and Emry Bohlmann came over so Emry could play in a Select Soccer Tournament and of course we watched her. Emry and her teammates played really great in the HEAT... In between games we went back to the hotel for some fun in the sun; swimming. We always love it when family and friend's visit. I also ran into a High School friend; her daughter plays on the same team; haven't seen Nikki since our 10 year. It was a wonderful surprise.

Happy Fathers Day!!!

Happy Fathers Day to a very special dad and Grandfather (Bumpa). Thank-You for all of your support and love; I'm a very lucky girl. So happy we could come over for the weekend and spend time with you and mom. We love you and big hugs from Eastern Washington...

Happy Birthday!!!!

Today is Brendan's 9th Birthday.... We celebrated with his friends' last weekend; this weekend we went home (Bremerton,WA) to see family and celebrate. We left Friday after work and stayed until Sunday. It was a great weekend; not only was it Brendan's Birthday but Father's Day too.

Saturday Bumpa took Brendan shopping and to ColdStone Creamery; Brendan picked out an "Easton" bat and new batting gloves. Grandpa gave him a ball that he has had for quite sometime; it has a story behind it and he gave it to Brendan. Before we left the house to go to a BBQ/party we had a game of Baseball in the backyard. I took some pictures of course but the laughter I heard from Brendan is more than a photo can say. He loves playing Baseball with his Bumpa and I'm glad we were able to come home to celebrate his Birthday with my mom and dad.
